Throughout my career, I have held pivotal leadership roles in top-tier MNCs within the flexible packaging sector. Mr. Pritish Sahoo (Founder & Director)

With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the flexible packaging industry, I hold a Production Engineering degree from VTU, Karnataka, earned in 2001. Complementing my technical background, I further enhanced my business acumen by obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, in 2011. My academic pursuits have been tailored towards leadership, accounting, and entrepreneurship, equipping me with a well-rounded skill set to excel in the industry.

In 2011, I founded Relyon Packs, a venture specializing in flexible packaging materials. Under my leadership, we implemented a state-of-the-art converting unit, catering to major food companies across Odisha and neighboring states. Through strategic vision and operational excellence, Relyon Packs emerged as the region's largest flexible packaging manufacturer within a mere decade, reflecting the transformative impact of our endeavors.

The key to my success lies in a harmonious blend of continuous learning, hands-on experience, and an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit. This synergy has not only propelled my professional growth but also positioned me as a trusted leader and innovator in the dynamic landscape of flexible packaging.
